My wife and I first met Danya and Harry in Kenya a few years ago. We camped through Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Tanzania with them, and we all had the time of our lives…….
Thanks to facebook we were still in touch, and Danya emailed to see if I was possibly available to shoot their wedding in Samoa. I pretty much havn’t stopped grinning since I got that email 🙂
Due to flights etc I spent 6 days with Danya and Harry, their families, and their friends. As a photographer it was a real privilege to get to see behind the scenes of the whole wedding story, something that I have never seen before….. And I have to confess, it really made it so much more special. I had never cried at a wedding before, It may have been heat exhaustion, but I have to admit that I cried twice!! First when D lost it saying her vows, and then later on when Frank (Danya’s Dad) said his speech.
Thanks Danya and Harry. I had an absolute blast, and I can’t wait to catch up with you both soon!
